Warranty
- Each piece includes a warranty. The length for that item is listed on its product page (3-month, 6-month, or 1-year).
- Covers: loose stones, faulty construction, or major defects
- Does not cover: normal wear, scratches, or misuse
Return policy
- Free returns (US domestic only)
- Items must be new and unused.
- Start your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The return must be fully received within 60 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
Exchange policy
